Bea and her sister Sinead was raised in the home of Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) an ex-jockey and teacher at a secondary-school. Their family was horse and race meeting obsessed. Bea was a trainer for The Irish National Stud in her young years. However, she knew that it wasn't what she wanted to pursue in a career and she preferred performing.
